Royal Canin Feline Breed Nutrition

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Do you have a cat at home? Is that cat a breed that has special dietary requirments to maintain its health? You may find that you like the Royal Canin cat food line as much as I do.
With a Persian in my home, hair balls are a norm. If the cat is not choking on them, I am picking them off of my clothing.

The Royal Canin Persian food is designed with your cat in mind. A little bit of info from the manufacturer:

A long, luxurious coat, with a dense undercoat, is the hallmark of the Persian cat. PERSIAN contains nutrients which help support the skin’s role as a “barrier” and maintain skin and coat health. Formula enriched with Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA) and Omega 6 fatty acids.

Due to the length and density of their coat, Persian cats routinely swallow a large quantity of hair during grooming. PERSIAN contains fibers which help stimulate intestinal transit and naturally limit hairball formation.

Helps support digestive health, taking into account the Persian’s digestive sensitivity, with highly digestible proteins (L.I.P.*), prebiotics and fibers to help support a balance in the intestinal flora.
* L.I.P.: protein selected for its very high assimilation - Digestive Health - Stool Quality

“Almond 11”, an almond-shaped kibble specially designed to make it easier for the Persian cat to grasp with the underside of the tongue.

With just a small sample size package provided, I could not provide a comprehensive review. Since my picky cat actually ate the sample without any hesitation, I splurged and bought a bigger bag. With that being said, I have noticed a difference in my cats fur. It has more sheen and she does not seems be yarf up bug balls of gooey fluff as often.

I am hoping with a few more weeks of use, I may notice even more of a change.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
