During my usual morning routine, go
through multiple steps to make myself look presentable. Get up, let the dogs
out, jump in the shower, get dressed, slather on moisturizer, and then apply
the layers of make-up. I know I am not the only one that does this every day
with my eyes half open. They days that my eyes pop open are the days that one
of my moisturizer or foundation jars are almost empty. I stare in the opening
of the jar and start yelling at it. There is nothing worse than seeing a teeny
bit in there and not being able to get to it.
Several weeks ago, I received a set
of Beauty Spoons to review. They come in a two pack that contains a 7 and 10 inch tool. The 7 inch tool is
great for the small jar style moisturizers or foundation, while the larger tool
is ideal for bottles of lotion. They are uniquely shaped to fit inside the
small openings of bottles and flexible to grab the contents from the bottom of
most containers.
I am not sure how much make-up and moisturizer I have had to toss away because
I could not get to it way down in the bottom of the containers. But now that I
have my beauty spoons, I know that I will not be wasting any more money on the
contents that were at one time unreachable.
I have really enjoyed using my beauty spoons. So far the 7 inch tool is
my favorite. It fits nicely in my drawer and easily gets to the bottom of my
moisturizer that costs too much to throw any contents away. I use the longer
tool to get in the bottom of my body lotion that seems to always stop pumping
about ¾ of the way through the bottle. The handles are easy to grab and keep ahold of
and they are extremely easy to clean after you use them. I truly love knowing that these are in my
house and accessible for the bottom of the next bottle.
Beauty Spoons retail for $9.99 for both the 7 inch and 10 inch spoons. I
don’t know about you, but I am sure that I have thrown more than $10 worth of products
away in the last couple of years that I could not retrieve. These would also make a great gift for that
woman that has everything!
