Freedom Quit Smoking System Review

I was given the opportunity to try the Freedom Quit Smoking System at no charge to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.

We all have our vices. Smoking is one that I have had challenges with and I am always looking for something to help those around me quit smoking.

The kit includes:
  • Relaxation headset
  • Homeopathic spray with ingredients to help relieve your cravings.
  • Proprietary antioxidants and supplements to support your body's natural fight against toxins.
  • Innovative behavior modification CD & aversion therapy to break your habitual patterns of smoking.
  • Stress Ball to squeeze and keep your hands occupied
  • Rubber Band to remind you that you are trying to quit (and if you ask me to snap when you are having a craving)
  • Motivational tools to inspire you to being smoke free for life.

Product Description
  • Relaxation Headset combines LED technology & tranquil music helping you relax.
  • FDA Regulated Homeopathic spray with ingredients traditionally used to temporarily relieve cravings.
  • Proprietary antioxidants to support the body's natural fight against toxins.
  • Innovative behavioral modification CD & aversion therapy products to break the habitual patterns of smoking.
One of the first things that I will say about the kit is that it will not work for anyone that does not want to quit smoking. It is also not a miracle cure for smoking. Smoking cessation is difficult and can become very agitating for all parties involved. I want to make this clear since this did not "make" my daughter quit. She willing admits that it eased her agitation but did not really want to quit quite yet.

What I can say about this product is that listening to the tranquil music does help you relax and take your mind off of the stress that goes hand-in-hand with smoking cessation. I happen to have liked the scent of the homeopathic spray also. Every time a craving would occur, one little spritz of the spray helped redirect thought patterns.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
